I bought this mare from a fellow hobbyist who thought she might be a sample from Breyer. This mare was released in I believe a similar or the same pattern with a foal later on, and it is regulation that they have a VIN number on them-she has no such VIN number which collectors use as a kind of provenance that she may be a sample. She has some smudging on one side almost as though someone tried to clean her markings up at the factory, then ended up leaving them as they were. The set was known to have bleeding of the markings into the base color of the model. She was however, glossed over this by the factory so they very well could have used her as a sample to see what it would look like if they glossed over the markings.
She's an interesting gal! Done on the Morgan mare/Running Mare mold. She is in very good condition with a couple of small marks here and there.
