We take great care in shipping your item. Union Jack boxes are always double boxed. Smaller packages will ship via USPS and larger packages will ship either USPS or UPS.
We ship three days a week, so you will get your item quickly. Please see the shipping calculator at the end of checkout for calculations.

To place a return please follow the steps below.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged model (for our end of insurance claims) We will then assign you an authorization number.
Send in the completed form to email@example.com Please fill out 1 Return Form per item.
- Wrap each model individually upon return, place in box and secure with tape. We suggest using bubble wrap, and/or packing peanuts to ensure no further damage to returning items.
- Return Address (temporary address: 6 Liberty Square, Boston, MA.). We will send you a label so no worrying about finding postage or our address.

Our Return Policy
Items are inspected and meet all of our quality standards before shipping. All returns must be placed within 7 days of first receiving your item. We suggest inspecting your items as soon and they are delivered. Any return sent without this completed form signed will not be accepted. Any items that are not accepted will be returned at the customers expense or a restocking fee may be charged. Please be aware that if an item is accepted for the repairing process, it may have an altered appearance when the model is returned to you. Repairs can take from 6 to 8 weeks depending on the extent of the repair size. Allow 10 business days for processing.
